In the training program, the trainees are intensively trained in consulting and elevator engineering with a system of modern practical facilities. The model of joint training between Institutes - Schools - Enterprises concretized through the method of Learning by doing, Training on the job helps students quickly acquire problems and provide solutions.

This is a project assigned by the Vietnam Elevator Association to Vietnam Institute of Lift Engineering Application in collaboration with Gama Service (GamaLift's service provider) and Hanoi High-Tech Vocational College building and standardization is first and foremost equipped with professional knowledge on elevator installation, maintenance and repair. At the same time, technicians are also trained to improve ethics and update knowledge about occupational safety.

In the context that there is still no set of national occupational skills standards for the elevator industry, and there is no code for formal training in elevator engineering in the education and training system, Vietnam Institute of Lift Engineering Application is pioneering in the development and standardization of frameworks and training programs. This will support and advise the elevator industry to have quality human resources, thereby improving production capacity, building and shaping the national brand for the elevator industry in the near future.
