Individuals with the needs to get advice and support regarding elevator issues, elevator business. Priority is given to businesses that are members of the Vietnam Elevator Association.

Step 1: go to the page: vnea.com.vn; Step 2: Fill in the full information: business code (if not established, leave blank), email, phone, address, select the fields that need help. Step 3: press the button "Send mail".

Receive and respond

After receiving initial information, depending on the area that needs help, the Processing Unit (Small and Medium Business Support Services Center and Legal Consultancy Center of the Association) will contact directly with enterprises (in case of need) to coordinate implementation. For inquiries about the law, administrative procedures will go to the website of the authorities to answer. In addition, the Association will acknowledge all shared opinions, contribute to building policies, policies and quality of public services related to business activities.
