Elevator carrying 11 workers falls in Vinh: The anti-fall brake has expired for more than 12 years

On January 2, at a construction site in Vinh city (Nghe An), there were 11 workers employed by Machine Construction and Civil Works, JSC No. 171 moving from the ground floor to upper floors of the building by cage hoist.
