TCTM — To help businesses price elevator maintenance services accurately and enable building managers to allocate budgets effectively, the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) has released a Cost Estimation Table for Elevator Maintenance based on TCCS 02:2024/VNEA labour norms and Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BXD by the Ministry of Construction.
