The conference linking the capital's vocational education to the labor market in 2021 will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on April 24, 2021 at the Mechanic Vocational School I Hanoi (No. 28, Dong Anh Town, Dong District). England, Hanoi) with 3 main activities including: Signing ceremony for training orders, cooperation between vocational education institutions and enterprises; Career counseling, vocational training enrollment for students graduating from high school and graduating from high school; Job session activity.

After the signing ceremony, Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) is one of the units that plays an important role at the Job Transaction session - a bridge between Employers and Candidates.

Accordingly, VNEA's Technical Consulting - Service Support Center is looking for 10 technicians working in the field of elevator engineering with high qualification requirements and attractive benefits and remuneration. .

Participating in this job session, there were a total of nearly 6,000 students and workers in Hanoi and surrounding areas. In addition, there are many domestic and foreign enterprises with about 40 booths recruiting for diverse occupations with reasonable salaries.

Through the job session, VNEA also grasps the needs and aspirations of employees, creating conditions for employees to actively choose jobs and occupations suitable to their abilities and aspirations. At the same time, these are also important documents for the Association's Training - Research, Support, Consulting and Trade Promotion work in the field of elevators across the country.

It is expected that this will be an annual activity of the Association to grasp the situation of technical labor resources from which to have guidelines and policies in training and developing the elevator industry.
