The Government considers and approves for enterprises to delay the payment of land use levies for the payable land use levies arising from March to June 2020 to be extended for 5 months, similar to the regulation on rescheduling. At the same time, the city proposes to the Prime Minister to allow the city to build a project that does not organize People's Councils of districts and wards in the city.
